The brief for that project was to connect the two buildings by creating a modern hotel brand. Furthermore, the goal was to prepare the hospitality operation to receive and amaze the most discerning guests from around the world, as the hotel was destined to become the most distinguished accommodation in the Old Town of Rethymno.
In order to succeed in that, Trésor Hospitality also made a reevaluation of the personnel and monitor the training of the new one. This added an additional level of complexity, and yet it completed the plan that made Rimondi Boutique Hotels the well-known hotel that is today.
It is all about absolute serenity formulated by two distinct buildings, magnificent, tranquil yards, and romantic styled swimming pools. The epitome of hospitality and service characterizes the 20 sophisticated rooms and maisonettes and the 13 luxurious suites, all boasting impeccable facilities.
After a successful repositioning and a three-year effective 360 management plan, the hotel managed to raise up to 3 points the evaluation of its reviews, receive increased annual revenue up to 10% and find its privileged place among its competitors. Rimondi Boutique Hotels were under the management of Trésor Hospitality from 2015 to 2017.
